What is Orry?

Orry is a Chrome extension plus a web app. While you browse LinkedIn Jobs or SEEK, it scores each job against your Career DNA (your experience, target roles, salary floor, work style, commute and deal breakers) and shows the reasons, so the right opportunities stand out.

How does Orry score jobs?

Each job gets an Orry Score from 0 to 100 and a band: Rare Match, Strong Fit, Worth a Look, Mixed Fit or Low Match. Most of the scoring is deterministic rules over your Career DNA; AI is used to read and classify the job. Every score shows its reasons and a confidence level. It is guidance on fit, not a prediction of being hired.

Does Orry work with SEEK?

Yes. Orry works on SEEK search results and job pages in Australia.

Does Orry work with LinkedIn Jobs?

Yes. Orry works on LinkedIn Jobs search results, collections and individual job pages.

Does Orry automatically apply to jobs?

No. Orry never applies, messages recruiters or fills in forms for you.

Does Orry read my CV?

Only if you upload it. Orry extracts skills and evidence from it, each with the exact line from your CV, and you confirm what to keep. Job X-Ray then checks job requirements against that confirmed evidence.

Can Orry tailor my CV?

Truthful CV tailoring is coming soon. It will change emphasis and ordering to fit a job, and it will never invent experience, achievements, qualifications or metrics.

What is Career DNA?

Your Career DNA is what Orry scores against: current experience, target and stretch roles, minimum salary, industries, office days, commute tolerance, employment type, career direction and deal breakers. Change it once and every supported job board uses it.

What is a Rare Match?

The top band, reserved for jobs that line up unusually well with your Career DNA. It is deliberately rare, and most people will see only a few.

What is Ruthless Mode?

A Career Sprint setting that quietly folds away Mixed Fit and Low Match jobs on the page. It is off by default. You choose whether to turn it on, and you can always expand a folded job.

How does Employer Pulse work?

Orry checks recent public news from established sources for decision-relevant events about the employer, such as restructuring, expansion, leadership or work-policy changes. Each event shows its date, source and relevance to the role. It never changes your Orry Score. Employer Pulse is part of the Career Sprint.

Does Orry access my browsing history?

No. The extension runs only on linkedin.com, SEEK and meetorry.com, and only acts on job pages. It has no access to your browsing history or other sites.

How much does Orry cost?

Orry is free to start. The Career Sprint is A$29 (GST included) for 90 days of full access, paid once. Founding price until 31 Dec 2026, then A$59.

Do I need a subscription?

No. The Career Sprint is a single payment for 90 days. It does not renew automatically.

Can I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel: the Career Sprint is a single payment and simply ends after 90 days. If it isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The free plan has no payment at all. See our Terms.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Send a request through the Contact page (topic: Privacy or data deletion) using your account email, and we will delete your account, Career DNA, CV and scores.

Spend your evenings on the 3 jobs that matter, not the 40 that don’t.

Browse LinkedIn Jobs and SEEK as usual. Orry does the sorting.
