Security
- The extension runs only on linkedin.com, SEEK and meetorry.com, and only acts on job pages. It has no permission to read other sites or your browsing history.
- The extension holds no passwords, tokens or AI keys. It uses your normal meetorry.com sign-in.
- Every connection is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Row-level security in the database means each account can only read its own data.
- Your CV is kept in private storage, readable only by your account.
- Sign-in is by emailed link, so there is no password to steal. Admin actions are logged, and destructive ones such as deleting an account need a fresh sign-in.
How Orry uses AI
AI conclusions in Orry come with their evidence and a confidence level wherever that’s practical.
- Scoring
- AI reads and classifies each job (seniority, work arrangement and so on). The score itself comes from deterministic rules applied to your Career DNA.
- CV evidence
- AI extracts skills and evidence from your CV, each tied to an exact line. You confirm what to keep; nothing unconfirmed is used.
- Job X-Ray
- AI matches each job requirement against your confirmed evidence. Orry keeps a requirement quote only if it appears word for word in the job ad, and evidence can only come from your confirmed list.
- Employer Pulse
- AI classifies public news headlines about the employer and writes short, attributed summaries. It never changes your score.
- What AI never does
- Decide for you, predict whether you’ll be hired, invent applicant counts or salaries, or add experience you don’t have.
