Terms of Service
The terms for using Orry, in plain English.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Who we are
- Orry is operated by Rubik’s Cube Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 47 637 650 698), trading as Orry (“Orry”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Orry website or Chrome extension, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be 18 or over, or otherwise have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
- You sign in with an emailed link. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
- One account is for one person. Keep your account details accurate.
The service
- Orry is a Chrome extension and web app that scores jobs you view on supported job sites against your Career DNA, with the reasons shown.
- Orry Scores and fit bands (Rare Match, Strong Fit, Worth a Look, Mixed Fit and Low Match) are guidance on how well a job fits what you told us. They are not a prediction of whether you will be hired, and they are not career, financial or legal advice. Decisions about which jobs to apply for are yours.
- Orry relies on the information in job ads, which may be incomplete or wrong. Where details are missing, Orry says so and lowers its confidence instead of guessing.
Free plan
- The free plan includes the Orry Chrome extension, Career DNA, live scores with reasons on LinkedIn Jobs and SEEK (including Rare Match), commute and work-style fit, 10 Job X-Rays a month and a shortlist of up to 10 jobs.
Career Sprint
- The Career Sprint is a one-off payment for 90 days of access to its features. The price shown includes GST. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
- If you buy another Career Sprint while one is active, the extra 90 days start when your current Sprint ends.
- The Career Sprint includes unlimited Job X-Ray, Employer Pulse, Ruthless Mode and an unlimited shortlist.
- Prices step up on published dates: A$29 founding price until 31 December 2026, then A$59 until 30 June 2027, then A$79. You pay the price shown at checkout, and a price change never affects a Sprint you have already bought.
- Features marked “coming soon”, such as Compare, the application tracker and CV tailoring, are not part of what you buy. If and when they launch, we will say which plans include them.
Fair use
- Unlimited Job X-Ray is subject to fair use: up to 20 new X-Rays an hour. This protects the service from automated or excessive use. If you reach the limit, try again later.
Refunds
- If the Career Sprint isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund. Contact us from your account email.
- Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
- Use Orry for your own job search only. Do not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute Orry’s scores or data, or access Orry by automated means.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around Orry’s security or usage limits, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
- Follow the terms of the job sites you use with Orry, including LinkedIn and SEEK.
Third-party sites
- Orry is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn or SEEK. LinkedIn and SEEK are trademarks of their owners.
- Orry works on those sites as they are today. If they change, some features may stop working until we update Orry. We will try to fix this quickly, but we cannot guarantee it.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you give Orry, including your CV and Career DNA.
- You give us a licence to store and process that content only to provide and improve the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when your content is deleted.
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
Our intellectual property
- Orry, its software, design, scoring and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as part of the service under these terms.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Orry at any time and ask us to delete your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
Disclaimers and liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Orry is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any job will suit you.
- Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Orry, such as applying for or turning down a job.
Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who processes it and how to delete it.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as Orry changes. We will update the date below, and let you know before a significant change applies.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Victoria.

- Email hello@meetorry.com or use the Contact page.
